- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Subscription and Payments
For paid subscriptions:
- Payments are processed securely through Creem, our payment partner
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 3 business days
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to harm or exploit our service or other users
- Use the service for spam or automated data collection
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Intellectual Property
The BestResume platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create.
User Content
You retain full ownership of the resumes and content you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the service to you.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that resumes created will result in employment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
